Peggy Ann Bowers

Peggy Ann Bowers, 81, of Littlestown, passed away Friday, February 13, 2026 at home surrounded by her family.  She was the loving wife of the late William A. Bowers.

Born July 14, 1944 in Union Bridge, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe and Carrie Belle (Barnhart) Frock.

Peggy was a cook with the Littlestown Eagles for several years.  She was a member of the Littlestown Eagles, the American Legion, Taneytown, MD, the Littlestown VFW and a life member of the Harney VFW.

She is survived by her daughters, Patty Hartman (Paul), Dillsburg, Billie Jo Hoffman (Donald), Gardners and Sandy Pretty, Littlestown; sister, June Bull, Taneytown, MD; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Peggy was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Keith Pretty.

Services and interment will be private.
