Biography: Janet D. McKinney, 82, formerly of Littlestown, died Thursday, May 16, at her home in New Oxford.  She was the widow of Robert T. McKinney who died in 2008.  Born Jan 20, 1942 in Gettysburg, Janet was the daughter of the late Thomas E., Jr. & Rita C. (Harner) Dehoff.  She was a 1959 graduate of Littlestown High School and a homemaker.

Surviving are her daughters, Wendy S. Massa & Neil of Woodland Hills, CA and Karen L. Barnes & Cory of Littlestown; her sons, Michael L. McKinney & Danielle of Fairfield,  David B. McKinney & Sue of Abbottstown and Daniel  E. McKinney & Kimberly of Huston, TX; her 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; her brothers, Ronald Dehoff and James Dehoff, both of Littlestown.  Janet was predeceased by her daughter, Sharon A Hoskins.  She was a member of Littlestown Chapel which exemplified her strong faith.  Janet was a volunteer for many activities at the East Berlin Community Center.  She enjoyed baking and quilting and above all, loved her family.

Memorial Service is Friday, May 24, at 11 A.M. at Littlestown Chapel with The Rev.
