Biography: Dennis James "Denny" Boyd, 72, of Littlestown, died Wed, Jan. 3, 2024 at his home. He was the husband of Sandra (Barnhart) Boyd for 45 years. Born Oct 8, 1951 in Gettysburg, Denny was the son of the late Alton & Marian (Taylor) Boyd. He was a 1969 Littlestown High School graduate and served in the Army National Guard. He was retired from L & H Trucking of Hanover after 30 years of employment. Denny was currently working for ACNB as a courier.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his Bonus daughter, Tiffany Rae Schoffstall & her husband, Christopher, of York and his two grandchildren, Ciara Rae and Brody Cash Schoffstall. Denny was a member of New Hope Faith Community Church of Hanover. He enjoyed watching sprint car racing and sports. Denny especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Funeral Service is Tuesday, Jan. 9, at 11 A.M. at his church with Pastor Nate Hedin-Schmidt officiating. Viewing is 10-11 A.M. at church. Interment is in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover.
