Condolences to Stacee, Alexee and Tyler. I am heartbroken for everyone that knew Matt. He was a truly genuine and wonderful human who I was fortunate to know and work with

My favorite memory of Matt was when he and I spent an entire week at our corporate offices for meetings including weekends. I was lucky enough to bring Matt to his first ever hockey game during this stay and it was a night full of questions about the game and learning more about each other. He wanted to see a fight real bad and got one toward the end of the game

That evening along with hanging out at our annual holiday party and the countless conversations we've had over the years will be what I will cherish most

Rest easy my friend

I have no words to lessen the burden. My experiences with Matt was the upbeat helpful friend behind the counter of meier supply. I found my self stopping in even when I didn't need to when in the area just to bs with Matt. When it came to after hours emergencies to just needing to get advice he was always helpful and go to man for help. A great man that will be missed.

Stacee, Alexee and Tyler,
I am very saddened to hear of his sudden passing. My thoughts go out to you and your family, he will be greatly missed. I met Matt at Meier Supply and immediately hit it off with him over our shared love of video games. He was a very knowledgeable person when it came to his job and hobbies. He never hesitated to help me out when I needed a favor. I always enjoyed talking to him about video games or the day when he got a computer, what game we were going to play first. He was a great person and an even greater friend.
