Biography: Terry Lee Hawk, 55, of Gettysburg, died Saturday, Aug 14, 2021 in Carroll County as a result of an auto accident.  Born June 22, 1966 in Gettysburg, Terry was the son of the late William N. Hawk, Sr. and Arlene F. (Toms) Hawk Helm of Littlestown.  Terry was a high school graduate and was a self employed mechanic working on small engine repairs.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his sister, Deborah A. Hawk of Hanover; his step sister, Jill Trostle of Littlestown; his brother, William N. Hawk, Jr. & Sandy of Taneytown; his step brothers, James Helm, Jr. & Debbie of Thomasville and Jon Helm & Shelly of Gettysburg.  Terry was predeceased by his step father, James Helm, Sr. and his brother, David W. Hawk.  He attended Bethel Assembly of God, Littlestown.  Terry was an avid motorcycle rider, loved animals and spending time with his family.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.  Memorials in Terry's name may be sent to:  Adams County SPCA, 11 Goldenville Rd., Gettysburg, PA  17325.  Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com.

We are formers neighbors of Terry's from Willoughby Run Road. We have known Terry since he moved there. We may not have talked to him everyday but we enjoyed talking to him when we did. We loved watching him ride down the road on his bike. There wasn't anything he couldn't do. Our sincere condolences to his entire family

Terry my old friend it's been awhile. I remember you coming over and riding the mini dirt bike. ( your passion for motorcycles started young) how mad my mom got when we pulled down her clean sheets. Lol that's how I will remember you. Smiling and racing thru the yard. R I P my friend
