Brian, Greg, Daune, and Carol Ann,
you have our deepest sympathy in the loss of your Mom, our Aunt Janice. I have such fond memories of her cutting my hair at her house salon on Crouse Park. Her collection of little decorative mice, her beautifully flocked Christmas trees and singing around her player piano, to name a few. She was such a great lady. She was so proud of all of you and loved all of her family immensely. Now she is with all her loved ones in a better place and they welcomed her with open arms. What a joyous reunion that must have been. May God grant you peace during this difficult time and remember : “Grief never ends but it changes. It’s a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness nor a lack of faith… it is the price of love.”
I love you all. Our deepest sympathy, Belinda and Carl vonGunten

My sincere thoughts and prayers go out to Janice's dear family. I had the privilege to know her and her family while employed at Brookside. I have such blessed memories of Janice. Singing, dancing, crafting, sewing and so much more. She loved having fun with the Community Life team and peers. We especially enjoyed singing hymns.
On angels wings dear Janice.
Peace to you Greg, Daune, Carol and Brian and the family. Thank you for sharing you mom with us..
