Biography: Virginia L. Meinke, 86, of Littlestown, died Monday, April 5, 2021 at UPMC Hanover Hospital. She was the wife of Richard C. Meinke of Littlestown for 66 years.  Born Feb 11, 1935 in Baltimore, Virginia was the daughter of the late Raymond & Virginia (Jest) Glaser.  She was a Milford Mill High School graduate and was a secretary for Davidson Chemical of Baltimore.

Surviving in addition to her husband are her son, Richard C. Meinke, Jr. of  Fawn Grove; her daughters, Barbara L. Mearman of Littlestown; Laurie J. Perry of Algonquin, IL and Peggy A. Whitney of Reno, NV;  her 9 granchildren, 4 great grandchildren and her sister, Dorothy A. Marshall of Dundalk.  Virginia was a member of Kriders U.C.C. of Westminster.  

Services are private.  Memorials in Virginia's name may be sent to her church @ 208 Kriders Church Rd., Westminster, MD  21158. Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com.

I'm sad to read of Virginia's passing. I'll always have wonderful memories of our trips with Lincoln Tours. We had so much fun. My prayers and sympathy are with the family.
