Biography: Charles E. Kinsey, 86, formerly of Littlestown, died Saturday, March 27, 2021, at the home of his son in Sykesville. He was the widower of Marlene K. (Miller) Kinsey who died Oct 28, 2018. Born Octobert 4, 1934 in Johnstown, Charles was the son of the late Harry H., Sr. & Margaret N. (Grumbling) Kinsey. He earned his B.S. degree and served in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from the National Weather Service in 2001 working in Logistics Management.
Surviving are his son, James S. Kinsey of Sykesville with whom he resided; his daughter, Suzanne M. Voland of Westminster and his 5 grandchildren. Charles was predeceased by his brother, Harry H. Kinsey, Jr.
