Biography: Clyde W. Harman, 84 and formerly of Taneytown, Md., died Thursday February 4, 2021 at his home in Ruby, S.C. He was the husband of Margaret A. Harman who died December 26, 2016. Born September 6, 1936 in Carroll County Md., he was the son of the late Thomas F. and Edna F. Moose Harman.
Clyde worked for the Littlestown Hardware and Foundry , retiring in 2005. He is survived by his son Christopher S. and wife Bernadine of Ruby, S.C. with whom he resided; his grandchildren Mandy Linn and Michael Harman and his brother, Samuel Harman of Westminster, MD.
Clyde loved working on small equipment for his neighbors and gardening. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, services will be private with the Rev. Sterling Fritz officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Littlestown. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Dochas N Gra Animal Rescue, 834 Paul Hillian Rd, Chesterfield, S.C. 29709.
