I met Harold in September 1969 when we started college together in York. He was quite the character, and we became friends. Our paths took different directions then. When I saw that Mrs. Walker had passed away, I decided o look him up. I knew he lived close to Harney near Yingling's, so one Saturday I drove down and found him at the house. We had a lot to talk about, much of it about his Uncle Gene Walker who had worked for Deere. I had known Gene through many different circumstances over the years, so it was an enjoyable visit. I am very saddened to learn of Harold's passing, and the family and his fiance have my deepest sympathies. I woud be very appreciative if someone in the family would call me at 717-778-7475, as I would like to know more. Blessings to all of you. Tedd Rhodes

Harry had a tremendous knowledge of pumps, and was selected MVP by the North American Distributor Association multiple times. The visions of Harry riding on his John Deere tractor, or airborne and inverted in his sprint car, will be with us always. Our sympathy to Carol, Connie, & family, as we remember a truly great person, and friend.
