Biography: Peggy L. Selby, 83, of Littlestown, died Wed., April 15, at Hanover Hall Nursing Center. She was the wife of Allen F. Selby who died in 1991. Born Sept 17, 1936 in Cumberland, MD, Peggy was the daughter of the late Olin W. & Caroline E. (White) Cogar. She was a high school and had been employed with Nell's of Littlestown and was retired from Jack Tar Togs, of Littlestown, in 2001.
Surviving are her children: Sharon M. Colburn of Oklahoma, Linda L. Johns of Virginia, James E. Siske of Oklahoma and Thomas O. Siske of Pennsylvania; her 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and her great great granddaughter. Peggy was predeceased by her daughter, Susan M. Warner, her son, Ronald Siske and her brother, Ronald Cogar. She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God, Littlestown where she was part of the Women's Ministry and a Heritage Club member.
