Biography:
Michael Albert Ozminski, 61, of Littlestown, died Sunday, March 22, at Transitions Healthcare, Gettysburg. Born April 23, 1958 in Gettysburg, Mike was the son of the late Albert Ozminski & Evelyn (Pavlik) Ozminski Duttera and the step son of the late John Duttera, Sr. Mike was a 1977 Littlestown High School graduate and a Thaddeus Stevens College grad of Lancaster where he studied masonry. He had been employed with Palmer Beer Distributor, Littlestown, was a self-employed mason and his last position with C.J. Miller of Maryland.
Surviving are his children: Ian Ozminski of Westminster and Katie Ozminski of Hanover; his granddaughter, McKenna; his siblings: Mary Ellen Good & Charles “Ed” of Hanover; Allen Ozminski & Debra, Bonnie Wastler & Dennis, Patrick Ozminski & Jill, all of Littlestown; Jerry Ozminski & Audrey of Hanover; Jim Ozminski, Dave Ozminski, both of Littlestown and Andy Ozminski of Hanover and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He attended St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Littlestown. Mike enjoyed fishing, gardening, fast cars and muscle cars, playing bingo and spending time with his siblings, children and granddaughter, McKenna. He was a great roller and ice skater in his time.
A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials in Mike’s name may be sent to Transitions Healthcare, 595 Biglerville Rd., Gettysburg, PA 17325. Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com

Condolences to all of Mikes family and friends. I knew him from the beginning of his time at transitions and he was such a warm guy. He brought smiles to everyone on night shift and we shared so many good times together he frequently sat with us during our lunches when he got a sweet tooth and he would talk about his brothers and kids and I just know in my heart he has made it to heaven and earned his wings. To Ian and your family, Ian I was one of your daycare teachers at Wee Care when you were little. I remember you and your dad as a happy father and son. You were cared for and loved by your dad and always seemed happy. I am so sorry for your loss. God will give you time to heal your soul and love to fill your heart. Be at peace and remember the love.

To Mike's family, Been a long road that he chose to walk down. It was rough and bumpy for him and for alot of you. Uncle Dave you have a giant of a heart and nerves of steel. We all love you. Thank you. Mike has found his Peace. If not for you he may not have got as close to home as he.did. He is with our God and his family in heaven and whole again. God Bless.
