My condolences to the family. Mr. Bowers and I worked together quite often when I was a health inspector with Carroll County. Lloyd was a good man always full of spunk and ideas, not too many people work into their eighties and remain sharp as a tack. Rest in peace my friend.

Lloyd was my husband's uncle and he always talked fondly of the time he spent with his Uncle Lloyd when he was a kid. My husband (Lloyd "Leon" Bowers) was named after his two uncles. Leon passed away in April and I'm sure he was one of many greeting his uncle when he arrived in Heaven.

Words will never express how sad Pappy’s passing is to all who loved him. He was a wonderful man and I am so blessed to have known him and his family. The family always welcomed me with open arms. I am sorry to see Him go and
Know he will be truly missed but I also know he will be joining his family in heaven who love him so much. Prayers for the family. Love you Pappy

My Great Uncle Lloyd was an amazing and funny man. He always left us smiling. He used to take out his wallet and show us kids his wad of bills. Love you. Rest in peace.
