Biography:
Larry L. Cool, 84, of Gettysburg, died Friday, April 26, at UPMC Pinnacle Hanover. He was the husband of Eileen (Wherley) Cool for 64 years. Born Jan 21, 1935 in Adams County, Larry was the son of the late Earl & Goldie (Bucher) Cool. He was a Gettysburg High School graduate and was in the Gettysburg Army Reserves for 9 years. Larry was a truck driver for Aero Oil Co, New Oxford, for 40 years.
Surviving in addition to his wife is his daughter, Cindy E. Cool of Gettysburg. Larry was predeceased by his brother, Robert Cool. He was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Littlestown.
Funeral Service is Wednesday, May 1, at 11 A.M. at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown with Sister Deborah McClellan officiating. Viewing is Wed 10-11 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment is in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Littlestown. Contributions in Larry’s name may be sent to The Hart Center – 450 E. Golden Lane, New Oxford, PA 17350.
