Biography:
Larry H. “Pop” Eader, 74, of Littlestown, died Tues, Feb 5, at Gettysburg Hospital. He was the husband of Diane L. (Schweier) Eader who died Aug 6, 2007. Born Dec 27, 1944 in Washington, DC, Larry was the son of the late Herman C. & Gloria (Athey)Eader. He was a 1963 Sherwood High School graduate of Sandy Springs, MD. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Pop was employed as a chef.
Surviving are his son, Michael Eader & Heather of Littlestown; his 3 grandchildren: Taylor, Caitlin and Zac Eader; his brothers: Greg Eader and Gary “Wheatie” Eader, both of Littlestown and his sister, Cyndi B. Wright of Burtonsville, MD. Larry was predeceased by his brother, Wayne Eader. He loved his dog, “Chewy”, and spending time with his family. He lived for his grandchildren and especially loved watching them play sports. Pop also enjoyed watching sports on television.
