Dear Helen and Family,
My deepest sympathies to you and all the family.

I had the pleasure of working with Charlie and his father Amos over 33 years ago at the RH Sheppard farm. I was a young fellow back then of course. As I reflect back on that time, I do cherish the memories working with Charlie. He taught by example the value of working hard, working smart, enjoying life, and having some playful fun too. He will be missed for certain, and always remembered fondly.

You are in my thoughts and prayers,

Scott Carbaugh
