Biography:

Raymond E. Carbaugh, 88, of Westminster, died Tues A.M., Apr 3, at Homewood at Plum Creek, Hanover.  He was the widower of Marie (Warner) Carbaugh who died March 26, 1987.  Born March 28, 1930 in Taneytown, Raymond was the son of the late David V. & Ethel M. (Keefer) Carbaugh.  He was a 1948 Taneytown High School graduate and  was retired from Black & Decker, Hampstead, after 32 years of service. He was then employed with Pfoutz Prime Manufacturing, Union Bridge. 
 
Surviving are his daughter, Donna L. Adams of Littlestown; his granddaughters:  Janice M. Keifer, Sarah N. & Amanda M. Adams and his great granddaughter, Ayrabella O. Keifer.  Raymond was predeceased by his son, Robert L. “Bob” Carbaugh who died Oct 18, 2001 and his sister, Treva K. Zimmerman.  He was a member of Mayberry First Church of God.  Raymond loved woodworking, liked farming, enjoyed baking and spending time with his family.
 
Funeral Service is Saturday, April 7, at 10 A.M. at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown with his Pastor, Rob Wills, officiating.  Viewing is Friday 5 – 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment is in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Taneytown.  Memorials in Raymond’s name may be sent to his church @ 2424 Mayberry Rd., Westminster, MD  21158.  Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com
