Denise, Geoff and the girls: our deepest sympathies. Charlie, as we knew him, was a great man and a good friend. Although it was sad to see him fade, he kept smiling and sounding positive. We'll miss him.

I’ll always remember going to the DCFD Credit Union as a young firefighter trying to get a loan and being terrorized by Charlie with his gruff persona, but as I was leaving I would always see this wry smile on him. It was pretty funny. RIP and condolences to his loved ones.
