Biography: Theresa A. Redding, 88, formerly of Littlestown, died Tues, Nov 21, at the Village of Laurel Run, Fayetteville. She was the widow of Fidelis Redding who died in 2009.  Born in Adams County, Theresa was the daughter of the late William, Sr. & Jeanette (Colgan) Anthony.  Surviving are her 3 children:  Robert Redding of East Berlin, Pamela Redding of Dover and Kathryn Mackove & husband, Frank, of Fredericksburg, VA;  her 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; her 3 sisters;  Margaret Steinour of St. Thomas, Patricia Anthony and Jean Anthony of Littlestown and her daughter-in-law, Victoria Redding of Littlestown.  Theresa was predeceased by her son, Baron Redding, her sister Marie Linke and brother William Anthony, Jr.

Theresa was a lifelong member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Littlestown, where she served on the Bingo committee.  She was a 1948 Delone Catholic High School graduate.  She was a secretary at Windsor Shoe Co., Littlestown  and was also employed with the Maple Avenue Middle School cafeteria, Littlestown.  Theresa enjoyed sewing, gardening and spending time with her family.
Mass of Christian Burial is Monday, Nov 27, at 1 P.M. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Littlestown with The Rev. Anthony Miller Celebrant.  Viewing is Monday 11:45-12:45  at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown.  Interment will be in the parish cemetery.  The family suggests memorials in Theresa’s name be made to her church @ 29 S. Queen St., Littlestown, PA  17340. Online condolences may be shared on

Prayers for you all as you mourn the loss of your Mom . I remember Aunt Theresa and Uncle Fidelis, growing up , had many happy memories with them.
