Biography:

Helen L. Wolf, 84, of Littlestown, formerly of Silver Run, died Saturday, August 26, at Morning Glory Assisted Living in Littlestown. She was the wife of Clyde L. Wolf who died August 11, 1999. Born November 8, 1932 in Bachmans Valley, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Della (Wentz) Thomas. Helen was a 1949 graduate of Westminster High School and was co-owner of  Wolf’s Pastry shop in Westminster with her husband Clyde.
 
She is survived by her four sons: C. Ronald Wolf and Faye of Littlestown, Michael L. Wolf and Jane of Oak Hill, Va., Craig A. Wolf and Carla of Sykesville and Brian K. Wolf and Emily of Westminster; her 9 Grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sisters, Julia Daughtery and Genevieve Eckard.
 
Helen was a member of St. Mary’s Lutheran Church, Silver Run where she was very active. She was a volunteer at the Union Mills Homestead, active in the Silver Run Community Club, loved to quilt, sew, play cards and be with family.
 
Funeral Service is Friday, September 1, at 12 noon at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown with her pastor, the Rev. Dr. H. Lee Brumback officiating. There will be a viewing 11 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Silver Run. Contributions have been asked to go to her church at 3978 Littlestown Pike, Westminster, MD 21158. Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com

Art and I enjoyed our weekly visits and sharing meals and conversation with you. You shared much insight with us and we are better because of your friendship. I know you are in the arms of your Lord and Savior. You were and are loved.
