Deeply saddened to hear of "Ms. Cilly's" passing. I fondly remember her as an incredible human being, always full of energy and purpose. She was our dear cousin, as well as my piano teacher and vocal coach for many years. She always expected the best from her students and would accept nothing less! A treasured mentor. Sending my most heartfelt condolences to Ren, Randy, and their families.

Dear Zepp Family,

I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. I last heard her singing one Saturday evening at St. James. She was sitting in the row behind us, and I recognized her voice immediately.

She has joined the Choir of Angels and is at this moment adding her wonderful voice.

I have wonderful memories of Lucille, who taught me choral music and gave me ample opportunities to participate in church and community singing. I grew up with her at Elias Church, Emmitsburg, and counted her as a friend and colleague in ministry. She had a fervent spirit for theology and the practice of faith. Her dedication to her craft was unwavering. I also appreciated knowing and growing up with her children Renfred, Randy and Grace and knowing her devoted husband, Reg. I treasure the memories and wish I could be there Monday, but unable. If there is a great chorus of praise in heaven, Lucille is singing alto! Pastor Ron Reaves
