Biography:

Lillian E. Seipp, 89, of Littlestown and formerly of Westminster & Baltimore, died Wed A.M., Nov 2, at Columbia Cottage, Hanover.  She was the wife of Paul L. Seipp, Sr. of Littlestown for 65 years.  Born Oct 7, 1927 in Rose Hill, VA, Lil was the daughter of the late James Edward & Hattie (Loftice) Cheek.  She was a Thomas Walker High School graduate of Rose Hill and a Beauty school grad.  Lil was a homemaker and a personal home care provider.
 
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two daughters:  Debra Jo Tily & husband, Jim, of Littlestown;  Kimberly (Seipp) Dailey & husband, Raymond, of Hanover, MD; and her grandson, Paul L. Tily of Littlestown.  Lil was predeceased by her son, Paul L. Seipp, Jr. and her 17 siblings.  She was a member of New Hope Faith Community Church of Hanover.  Lil loved being a wife, mother & grandmother and enjoyed music with her husband.
 
Memorial Service is Sunday, Nov 20, at 3 P.M. at New Hope Faith Community Church with The Rev. Timothy J. Kielley officiating.  Memorials in Lillian’s name may be sent to her church @ 33 Sunday Dr., Hanover, PA  17331.  Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com

Uncle Paul, Debra, and Kim,
I'm so sorry to hear of Aunt Lil's passing. She was a dear lady, full of fun and laughter; she reminded me of my mother. My heart is heavy; you have my deepest condolences.

I am so glad I had the pleasure of caring for Lil at the cottage. She kept me on my toes and always made me laugh. The love her and Paul shared is one that shined so brightly. She is someone I will never forget. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Paul, thank you for blessing us with your music, thats when she was happiest xo
