Biography:
Mildred P. Danner, 81, of Gettysburg, died early Fri A.M., Oct 28, at York Hospital. She was the widow of Wilbur L. Danner who died Nov 16, 2011. Born Oct 12, 1935 in Gettysburg, Millie was the daughter of the late Elwood & Regina (Gordon) Harner. She was a 1953 Littlestown High School graduate. Millie had been employed with Jack Tar Togs, formerly of Littlestown, and was a farmer along with her husband.
Surviving are her 2 sons: Bryan D. Danner and wife, Deborah, of Dillsburg; Gregory A. Danner of Orlando, FL; her granddaughter, Megan L. Danner; her grandson, Jayden Danner and her 2 great grandchildren. Millie was predeceased by her brother, Clyde E. Harner, Sr. She was a member of St. James U.C.C., Littlestown; the Ladies Aid and Sunday School and a Cannonaders Square Dancer. Millie loved her dog, Misser; enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and playing cards with her friends.
Funeral Service is Monday, Oct 31, at 2 P.M. at St. James UCC, Littlestown with The Rev. Scott Aument officiating. Viewing is one hour prior to service time Monday (1-2 P.M.) at the church. Interment is in the church cemetery. Memorials in Millie’s name may be sent to her church @ 1200 Harney Rd., Littlestown, PA 17340. Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com

Hi Greg and Brian, I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. She made my mom's days much happier and she will be deeply missed. She was a kind and generous lady. I will never forget her. Sorry I am not able to attend the funeral.
