Biography: Douglas S. Reaver, 67, formerly of Taneytown died early Sunday August 21 at the Golden Living Center, Westminster. Born January 8 1949 in Gettysburg, he was the son of Francis Reaver of Taneytown and the late Fannie Stock Reaver. Doug was a High School Graduate and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a retired electrician from Black and Decker. Surviving in addition to his dad is his daughter, Natasha C. Pinheiro and husband Steven of Hope Mills, N.C. and 3 grandchildren. He was predeceasded by a son Michael Stuller. He was a member of Grace U.C.C. of Taneytown. There will be a graveside memorial service at Grace U.C.C. Cemetery Thursday August 25 at 11 A.M. with the Rev. Steven Ostendorf officiating. Inurnment will be in the church Cemetery.
