Biography:
Richard G. Toot, 69, of Littlestown, died Sun, Aug 7, at York Hospital. Born March 14, 1947 in Clearfield, he was the son of the late Glenn & Irene (Goss) Toot. He was retired from Keystone Wire Cloth, Hanover, after 20 years of service and later was employed with Lee Metals, Littlestown.
Dick is survived by his daughter, Theresa L. Toot of Jacksonville, FL; his 3 sons: Dewain R. Toot and Dale L. Toot, both of Littlestown and James Storie of Virginia; his 4 grandchildren and his sister, Cynthia I. Toot of Gettysburg. Dick was a member of Littlestown FOE. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working, shooting pool and spending time with his family.
The family will receive friends Friday, Aug. 12, from 10 –11 A.M. at Little’s Funeral Home with a Graveside Service to follow at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg.
