Biography:
Mandi L. Troy, 26, of Littlestown, died Friday, July 29, at her home. Born Feb 10, 1990 in Frederick, she was the daughter of William M. & Kimberly A. (Jubina) Troy of Littlestown. Mandi attended Littlestown High School.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her daughter, Elliana J. Fraley; her son, Dalton W. Fraley; her sister, Cheyenne M. Troy and her significant other, Ronald Fraley, all of Littlestown. Mandi was predeceased by her sister, Catherine H. Troy. She loved her children and family.
The family will receive friends Wed, Aug 3, from 2-4 P.M. at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown. Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com
