Biography:
Marie L. “Snookie” Krichten, 92, formerly of Littlestown, died Mon, June 20 at Country Meadows, York. She was the wife of Clarence J. Krichten, Jr. who died Nov 7, 2007. Born July 27, 1923, in Westminster, Marie was the daughter of the late Charles C. & Mary Anna (Boylan) Little. She was a high school graduate and a homemaker.
Surviving is her daughter, Karen A. Staub of York; her granddaughter, Kristie Harris & husband, Cliff and her great granddaughter, Natalie Harris. Marie was predeceased by her sister, Margaret Cody and her 2 brothers: Elmer & David Little. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Littlestown and enjoyed being with her family.
Following cremation, a Memorial Mass will be Friday, June 24, at 11 A.M. at St. Aloysius with The Rev. James M. Sterner Celebrant. There will be no viewing; however, the family will receive friends 9:45 – 10:45 A.M. Friday at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown. Inurnment will be in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Littlestown.
