Biography:
DeAnn C. McGraw, 36, of Gettysburg, died Sunday, May 15, at her home. Born Dec 18, 1979 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Theodore Herlth, Jr. & Sherri (Perrier) Shaffer and husband, Dave of Littlestown. DeAnn was a 1998 Littlestown High School grad and was a secretary at Dr. Fakhar’s office in Taneytown.
Surviving in addition to her parents and stepfather are her daughter, Ember Herlth and her 2 sons: Charlie McGraw & Oren Herlth; her brother, Eric Shaffer of Abbottstown; her maternal grandmother, JoAnn Perrier of Florida and step grandmother, Delores Shaffer of Hanover.
Memorial Service is Saturday, June 11, at 1 P.M. at Gates of Praise Worship Center, 5010 Baltimore Pike, Littlestown with The Rev. S.A. Garrett officiating. Memorials in DeAnn’s name may be sent to the church or Adams County SPCA, 11 Goldenville Rd., Gettysburg, PA 17325. Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com

I miss my beautiful and sweet daughter. She was always helping others. She let people who had no place to go, live with her. She always helped others. She was my only child and I miss her so, so much. Thank you to everyone for their kind comments.

I used to enjoy having really good talks with DeAnn at Dr. Fakhar's office. Sherri, I am so very sorry for your loss. I know how it feels and just remember, it will only be a temporary separation. Then you will never have to say goodbye ever again. Prayers for all of your family. God bless you all.

Dee and I were close for so long, since we were 12 years old. We lost our closeness for unmentionable reasons the past few years. That has no bearing on the fact I still loved and cared. My heart is breaking. I'll never be able to say goodbye.

Sherri I'm so sorry to hear about DeAnn. Although I never formally met either of you I enjoyed our talks through the years (I use to work for Dr Chanarong). My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I may not have had the pleasure of meeting Deann,but I would just like to send my prayers to you an your family,the lost of a loved one is an will always be a very unpleasant time in one's life,but she will always live on in your thought an her presence will always be felt in your hearts an everyday life.

Heartbreaking! I know we haven't been close in recent years but DeAnn will always be my sister in law and my boy's aunt. I am truly sorry for your loss Sherri, David and Eric.

Sherry, I am so sorry for your loss. Nothing can possibly be as painful as the loss of a child. Please know that I'm here for you if you need me. Please also know that the Bible holds out a wonderful hope at Revelations 21:3,4 that death, pain, and suffering will be no more.
