I have many fond memories of the Knipple's growing up on Lumber Street! Gregg & I remember Pink's sugar cookies and how they would be laid out all over her little kitchen and the delicious aroma! I remember Timmy, the poodle, and Joe & Jack, the beagles! Pink's pretty tulips on our side of the garage; their awesome cabin with the homemade wooden double bunk beds and the little bridge outside going into the woods and going to Laurel & Fuller Lakes! Dick taught me to swim back at the Ltown pool! They had 2 really pretty pink bushes with the "furry" flowers that were along their house facing our side! Mom always has said how Dick would put together Gregg's toys at Christmas since he was so mechanical! It was a great time to grow up in the 60's and early '70's and I will never forget our great neighbors, Dick, Pink, Linda & Ed Knipple! Thank you!

I enjoyed Pinky and her love of music. She had a beautiful alto voice that made the old hymns sound marvelous. Pinky will be missed here on earth but she now has her heavenly reward. Prayers and condolences for the family.
