Biography:
Claanna E. Gregg, 87, of Hanover, formerly of Littlestown, died Fri, March 25, at Homewood at Plum Creek. She was the widow of the late George Henry Gregg who died Jan. 10, 2016. Born June 25, 1928 in Cheverly, MD, Claanna was the daughter of the late Clarence Ellsworth & Pearl Anna (Crabbs) Fogle. She was a high school grad and an insurance underwriter for Geico of Kensington, MD retiring in 1981.
Surviving is her sister, Mary Catherine Yeabower of Fort Worth, TX. She was predeceased by her brother, Charles K. Fogle. Claanna was a member of Redeemer’s UCC, Littlestown and National AARP. She was a Meals-on-Wheels volunteer and had been in a bowling league.
Funeral Service is Wed., March 30, at 11 A.M. at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown with The Rev. Timothy J. Kielley officiating. Viewing is 10:30-11 A.M. Wed at the funeral home. Interment is in Ft. Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD. Memorials in Claanna’s name may be sent to her church @ 107 E.
