My grandparents, parents and I were the Kump's neighbors for many years. My grandparents lived, Everett and Gladys Feeser lived on one side and my parents (Bill and Lois Koons) lived on the other. They were wonderful neighbors and friends and Ms. Julia was such a kind, loving person. She was devoted to her husband and family. My deepest condolences to Mr. Charlie and the Kump family. Sending love and prayers.

I would like to send my deepest sympathy to Julia's family, I was both shocked and saddened to see of her passing. She was a very good and kind woman and I will always remember the good times that our families shared together in the past. The days, months, and years that lie ahead will be difficult without her because I know how much she meant to all of you but you will get through it and I believe you will see her again someday. I will be keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.
