Biography:

Deborah L. Watters, 49, of Hanover, died Tues, Sept 22, at her home.  She was the wife of Scott D. Watters for 20 yrs. Born May 1, 1966 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Sandra (Moyer) Dobry of Westminster and Thomas J. Dobry & wife, Tusha, of Westminster.  Deborah was a 1984 Carroll Christian Academy graduate of Wesminster.  She was an OR Tech in Baltimore County. 
 
Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are 5 children:  Amber N. Watters of New Freedom, Adam W. Caslett of Louisville, KY; Ashley M. Watters and twins, Austin J. & Alexis I. Watters, all of Hanover; her 2 sisters;  Kelly D. Lee of Westminster, Lisa D. Cole & husband, Scott, of Finksburg; her niece, Deanna W. Dobry and her nephew, Daniel S. Keller.  Deborah was a member of Hanover Seventh Day Adventist Church where she was active in their Youth Group.  She was also a big sports cheerleader for her children.
 
Memorial Service is Sunday, Sept 27, at 1 P.M. at her church with Pastor Bryan Laue officiating.  There will be no viewing.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Deborah’s name have been asked to go to her church @ 865 Gitts Run Rd., Hanover, PA  17331.  Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com

Scott and Ashley,
We are so sorry for your loss. Deb was a great woman and mother. I know that she will be greatly missed and there are no words that will help get through this time. Scott and family,
My heart is saddened in the loss of Deborah! I remember sitting near her during graduation! She was a wonderful lady and a devoted mom! May your memories always keep her close to you and get you through the difficult times. I know no words can ease the pain, but always remember how much she loved you all and she would want you to continue to be happy.
