Biography:
Leroy Jacob Miller, 90, of Hanover, died Tues, June 30, at Hanover Hospital. He was the husband of Arlene V. (Lentz) Miller of Hanover for 64 years. Born March 12, 1925 in Adams County, Butler Twp, he was the son of the late Maurice B. & Flora May (Moose) Miller. Leroy was a carpenter and a farmer and served in the army during WWII.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are 2 daughters: Marina L. Kemper & husband, David of Cassville; Kaye A. Doss; 2 sons: Jay A. Miller; Dennis J. Miller & wife, Amelia, all of Hanover; 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and a brother, Carroll Miller of Hanover. Leroy was a member of Christ UCC, Littlestown; a life member of Littlestown VFW and Hanover Moose. He loved to keep busy helping family and friends.
Funeral Service is Friday, July 3, at 11 A.M. at Little’s Funeral Home, Littlestown with The Rev. Craig Arentz officiating. Viewing is Friday 10-11 A.M. at the funeral home.
