Biography: Keith B. Pretty, 56 of Littlestown died Sat. May 16 at the Dove House in
Westminster, MD. He was the husband of Sandra S. Wantz Pretty for 30 years.
Born January 5, 1959 in Baltimore County, he was the son of Robert and
Frances Hansom Pretty of Selbysville, Delaware. Keith was a 1977 graduate of
Westminster High School. He was employed by Stuller Construction of New
Windsor for over twenty years and currently with Evapco of Taneytown. In
addition to his wife and parents, Keith is survived by a son, Zachary K.
Pretty of Littlestown and a sister Beth Pretty Merkel of Virginia. He was
predeceased by a brother Gary Pretty. Keith was a member of the Littlestown
Eagles and the Harney VFW. He loved hunting, fishing and being with family
and friends. There will be a memorial service Wed. May 20 at 7 PM at
Little's Funeral Home, Littlestown with the Rev. Timothy J Kielley of New
Hope Faith Community Church officiating. There will be no viewing, however
the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Funeral
Home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Contributions have been asked to go to The Dove House, 292 Stoner Ave.,

My condolences to Keith\\\'s family. We went to Westminster high school together. Keith was always a friendly person. May he rest in peace.

Sandy, I just want to send you my condolences on Keith's death. He certainly appeared to be ready to release and let go when I was with you at the Dove House the other night. Take care of you now. If you need time alone.....take it. If you need a friend to talk to call one....if you need to cry have a good one. Do not be surprised by the range of emotions you will most likely feel in coming weeks, months and years.
Thanks for allowing me to share part of the journey with you and Keith.
