My thoughts and prayers to all the family during this time of tragedy--May God grant all of you the peace and His comforting care as you go through these dark days ahead as none of us ever know the reason why things happen the way they do -- the WHY's and the Anger that go with grief are very difficult to handle and they never really go away and many things will trigger the Anger that will follow for years as we all go through the stages of grief--I know the pain that all of you will be consumed with and all we have is the faith that God will lead us to eternal life and that we all will meet again.

Travis your Dad was so very proud of you and the love he had was unconditional...not only as his son but that you were a trucker like him. He was so proud to be your girls Pop Pop and loves those grandangels more than words can say. The memories that your family will cling to will never be forgotten. Prayers for ALL the Thomas, Free and Staub families coming from North Carolina. We grew up with the Free family as children in Rocky Ridge. May the Lord comfort, love, heal, mend and give peace to all that are broken hearted over this loss. Gone but never forgotten as your legacy lives on with your beautiful daughters. Much love and prayers. The Carty and Davis Families.

Travis, you were always more like a brother than a cousin to me. You could always make anyone laugh, and you had the biggest heart of anyone I've ever known. We miss you already, and will forever. We know you're watching down on everyone.
I love you Trav. Thank you for being in my life.

Words can never describe the love I have for you son! I was always so proud of you when you were little and when you grew up. There are so many words I want to say about you but I just can't find the right ones now! Just know I loved you from the second you were born! You were then and will always be my little truckin buddy!! Love you forever Dad
