Biography:

Dora Louise Wenderoth, 87, of Silver Run, died Monday, March 16, at her home.  She was the widow of Edwin T. Wenderoth who died Sept 5, 2013.  Born Nov 5, 1927 in Harford County, MD,  Louise was the daughter of the late I. Walter & Agusta (Webster) Jenkins.  She was a high school graduate and was retired in 1987 from Sharon’s Black Eagle of Westminster.
 
Surviving are a daughter, Elizabeth A. Wenderoth of Sebastopol, CA; 3 sons:  Edwin T. Wenderoth, Jr. of Welcome, MD; Joseph P. Wenderoth of Littlestown and J. Nicholas Wenderoth of Hampstead, MD; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  Louise was predeceased by her son, William Wenderoth; 2 sisters:  Elizabeth Thomas and Anna Kahoe and 3 brothers:  Ignatius, George A. and Charles Jenkins.  Louise was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Littlestown.  She loved gardening and travelling, but enjoyed being at home and was an accomplished artist and seamstress.
 
Memorial Service is Saturday, March 21, at 11 A.M. at  her church with The Rev. James M. Sterner, Celebrant.  Inurnment is in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Pylesville, MD.  Memorials in Louise’s name may be sent to her church @ 29 S. Queen St., Littlestown, PA  17340.  Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com

She was a special lady - always made us laugh. I have fond memories of her and her family, when I was a kid growing up in Maryland. She is with the Lord and her husband now.

Joe and family we were saddened to hear of your Mom's passing. I would see her at mass often. She was such a lovely woman and I'm sure she will missed by many.

It is with great sadness we learned of the passing of Cousin Louise. We never saw her without a smile, she will be greatly missed. Our prayers and thoughts are with Cousin Louise, her family and all those she loves.

Beth and family, I was so sad to read of your mothers passing. I enjoyed her when she would come in to visit you Dad here at The Brethren Home. She certainly was a joy and she loved her family so much. Blessings to you all.

I am sorry for your loss of such a bright light, a tower of strength, loving mother, and a wonderful cousin. Louise touched the lives of everyone she met. She will be greatly missed by all and I know that she is no longer in an pain, but with Our God in heaven. All my love, Cathy Mary Schneider's daughter
