Biography:

George T. Clark, 85, of Littlestown, died Mon., Sept 29, at Hanover Hall.  Born Aug 29, 1929 In Baltimore, he was the son of the late William T., Sr. & Katie B. (Armstrong) Clark.  He was a Merchant Marine employed with Maritime Union retiring in 1967.  He had also been employed with Conewago Contractors and Hanover Shoe Co.
 
Surviving are two sisters, Evelyn C. Clark and Ruth M. Baskette, both of Baltimore, nieces and nephews.  George was predeceased by four brothers:  Ernest M. Roberg, William T. Clark, Jr., Francis and James Clark and a sister, Jean A. Sexton.  George was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, FOE, American Legion and VFW, all of Littlestown.  He was a world traveller, a loving brother, devoted uncle and a caring, supportive friend.
 
Graveside Services are private and at the convenience of the family in Oaklawn Cemetery, Baltimore.  Contributions in George’s name may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 53 W. King St., Littlestown, PA  17340.  Online condolences on www.littlesfh.com
