Biography: Patricia Lippy Snyder, 82, formerly of Littlestown died June 18 at Golden Livingcenter in Gettysburg. She was the wife of Samuel D. Snyder who died March 25, 2007. Born September 4, 1931 in Adams county, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Naomi Josephine Spangler Lippy. Pat was a homemaker and took in foster children for much of her life. She is survived by a son, Stephen D. Snyder of Gettysburg,  daughters, Brenda L. Snyder of Abbottstown, Sandy A. Ott of East Berlin and Debbie A. Snyder and Nellie A. Jacobs both of Hanover. Seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren. A brother, Glenn Lippy of Littlestown and a sister Josephine Reindollar of Hanover. She was predeceased by a sister, Geneva Crabbs. Patricia was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Littlestown. There will be a memorial service Monday June 23 at 11 A.M. at St. John’s Lutheran Church with Pastoral Assistant Ms. Kerri Clark officiating. There will be no viewing. Inurnment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions have been asked to go to St. John’s Lutheran Church, 665 St. John’s Rd.
