So many years ago you all (I have been in the South for a long time) were my second family and I have always held special memories of each of you. While your dad, like mine, was not an easy person with whom to become close he did in fact always welcome me and treat me very well. He certainly had a long life and I hope it was a happy one. My prayers are with him and my thoughts with all of you. My father has been gone for 20 years but I still remember the good times, as will you about your father.

To Rose and Jim and Families - Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. He was a wonderful man. We enjoyed our tour with Father Sterner to Washington when he was with us.

God be with you all at this sad time.
