
Biography: Dorothy A Eyler, 81 of Taneytown died Sunday June 23 at her home. She was the wife of Leroy R Eyler who died June 22 1995. Born July 30, 1931 in Patapsco MD., she was the daughter of the late Emanuel Louis Tull and Edith L Shamer Cullison. Dorothy was a homemaker. She is survived by a son Dale Eyler and wife Gwenda of Littlestown a daughter Bonnie Eyler of Taneytown, 9 Grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister Beulah Cullison and a brother Herman Cullison Jr. Dorothy is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in New Oxford. Dorothy was a musician and artist. She received a diploma from the Washington School of Art and was a member of the Musicians Union. She was a founding member of the Carroll County Ramblers bluegrass Band. Funeral services will be Friday June 28, 11 AM at her Church, 1170 Kohler Mill Rd, New Oxford with Bishop Greg Baughman officiating. There will be a viewing on Thurs from 5-8 at Little’s Funeral Home, 34 Maple Ave Littlestown and 1 hour before the service at the church. Burial will be in Rocky Hill Cemetery, Woodsboro MD.
