Charlie was our landlord when my ex-husband and I were first married. He was the type of landlord everyone should be blessed to have. He was always friendly. He never let his properties fall into disrepair. If there was a problem, you knew he would take care of things. He was kind and hard working. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family, especially Bonnie. Thanks for sharing your dad with us ! He will be missed !
