Biography: Sarah J. Crawmer, 91, formerly of Union Mills, MD, died Sunday, Nov 20, 2022, at The Brethren Home Community, New Oxford.  Born Aug 22, 1931 in Union Mills, Sarah was the daughter of the late John T. & Mary M. (Hann) Bankert.  She attended Westminster High School  and retired from Sears of Hanover after 15 years of service.

Surviving are her children:  Barbara Dees & Richard of Hanover; Patricia Crawmer of Dunedin, FL; Daniel Crawner of Silver Run, MD; her 8 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, several great, great grandchildren; and her brother, William Bankert of Vermont.  Sarah was predeceased by her daughter, Deborah Crawmer and her brother, Samuel Bankert.  She attended New Hope Faith Community Church, Hanover.  She loved to sew and make crafts.  Sarah also enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and reading.

Memorial Service is Wednesday, Nov 30, at 11 A.M. at Little's Funeral Home, Littlestown, with The Rev. Christopher Thomas officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10 - 11 A.M. at the Funeral Home.  Inurnment is in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.  Memorials in Sarah's name may be sent to Amedisys Hospice - 985 Loucks Rd., York, Pa  17404.  Online Condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com.
