Biography: Kathleen M. Shaffer, 72, of Westminster, died Wed, Feb 23, 2022, at UPMC Hanover Hospital.  She was the wife of the late Kenneth W. Shaffer who died Dec 12, 2003.  Born Oct 27, 1949 in Westminster, Kathleen was the daughter of the late Walter & Rosella (Hare) Stonesifer.  She had been employed with Pillowtex, Random House, Inc. and was retired fromo Carroll County Public Schools.

Surviving are her daughter, Candace J Fraker & Troy of Gettysburg and her son, Brian E Shaffer & Michelle of Westminster; her two grandchildren, Brian M. Shaffer and Abigail R. Glacken;  her two step grandchildren, Blake & Colton Fraker; her brother, Terry L. Stonesifer of Harney and her sister, Linda J. Putman of Hanover.  Kathleen was predeceased by her three brothers:  John, Robert "Buck" and Harvey Stonesifer.  She enjoyed cooking, scrapbooking, stamping and camping.

Funeral Service is Tuesday, March 1, at 11 A.M. at Little's Funeral Home, LIttlestown with The Rev. Chris Thomas officiating.  Viewing is Monday, Feb 28, 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 P.M. at the funeral home.  Interment is in John Luther Miller Cemetery, Westminster.  Donations have been asked to go to Little's Funeral Home, P.O.  Box 155, Littlestown PA  17340 to help defray funeral expenses.  Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com.

So sorry for your families loss. She was a great woman with a great sense of humor. She always made the best food and loved to host family. Will be greatly missed!
