Biography: Thomas A. Barr, 78, of Littlestown, died Monday, Dec 27, 2021 at Wellspan Gettysburg Hospital. He was the husband of Mary Anne (Cramer) Barr of Littlestown for 60 years. Born Sept 28, 1943 in Luceremines, Indiana County, Tom was the son of the late George & Pauline (States) Barr. He was a Laura Lamar High School graduate of Homer City and served in the Army during the Vietnam Era. Tom was retired from Case Communications of Columbia, MD.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are his children: Linda Barr-Bazemore of Littlestown, Brian Barr of Hanover, Andrew Barr of Hanover, Gregory Barr & Nomiki of Pasadena, MD; his four grandchildren: Casey Bien, Shane, Christopher and George Barr; his great grandson, Elijah Barr and his two brothers, Millard Barr of Dover, PA and Richard Barr of Daytona Beach, FL. Tom was predeceased by his two brothers, David and Russell Barr. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.
