Biography: Charles W. Saylor, 89, formerly of Littlestown, died Thursday, Sept 30, 2021, at Autumn House West of York.  He was the widower of June E. (Harner) Saylor who died May 1, 2009.  Born April 2, 1932 in Twin Falls, ID, Charles was the son of the late Hugh T. & Mildred (Moody) Saylor.  He was a house painter and worked with several contractors in the area.

Surviving are his daughters and their husbands, Connie L. Kaehler & Joseph of New Oxford, Tammy J. Strausbaugh & Richard of New Oxford, Barbara E. Taylor & Ivan of Hampstead, NC; his 9 grandchildren:  Melissa, Joshua, Adam, Sarah, Derrick, Erica, Ashley, Cullin and Allie; his 11 great grandchildren:  Charles, Penelope, Joslynn, Tristan, Emma, Owen, Kaelyn, Riley, Jameson, Charlotte, Amelia and Delaney.  Charles was predeceased by his two grandchildren, Jessica Wise and Ivan Taylor; his sister, Jean Nelson and his two brothers, H.T. and Jack Saylor.     He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Two Taverns and a Hanover Bowling League member.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing bingo. Charles loved his family, especially his grandchildren.  He always wore a smile on his face.

Funeral Service is Monday, Oct 4., at 2 P.M. at Little's Funeral Home, Littlestown with Sister Deb McClellan officiating.  There will be no Viewing; however, the family will receive friends Monday 1 - 2 P.M. at the funeral home.  Interment is in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover.  Contributions in Charles' name may be sent to Grane Hospice - 1200 Camp Hill Bypass, Suite 205, Camp Hill, PA 17011.  Online condolences may be shared on www.littlesfh.com

Dear Connie and Family,
